What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, your phone number, your email address if you share it, and what you tell us about the property or your brief. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also receive the details WhatsApp shares with any contact, such as your number and profile name.

When we act for you, we also collect the identity documents and other information that UAE anti-money-laundering law requires.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to provide our services, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and to keep records of our work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is needed: with a counterparty once you have agreed to an introduction, with the Dubai Land Department and other authorities where the law requires it, and with the service providers that run this website and our communications. Counterparty introductions always follow a signed non-disclosure agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Records connected to a transaction, including identity checks, are kept for the period UAE law requires.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display the site, your browser loads fonts and scripts from Google Fonts, Cloudflare and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address as part of that request. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.
